Our Team
Our Nero team is lead by the innovative duo: Corey Gorewicz & Lucas Compton.
Corey heads up all things project management; design, budget, client management, trade coordination,
quality control, deficiency management and scheduling. Corey has a Bachelor’s Degree in Architectural
Science from Ryerson University and brings 10 years of on-site construction experience to the team!
As construction manager, Lucas takes care of everything on site; site preparation, safety control, trade
oversight, site cleaning, and of course, building. Lucas is a graduate of George Brown College with an
Honours Degree in Construction Management. With a background in on-site residential construction,
restoration, and emergency & disaster clean-up, Lucas brings a wealth of knowledge to our projects!

So Why Nero?
We have been operating in the GTA for just under 10 years and have built our reputation around
customizing IKEA kitchens. While that was a great start for our company, over the last 5 years we have
developed into a full-service, residential builder specializing in full-home renovations and additions. Our
portfolio of projects, including our contracting & management services on several HGTV shows ($ave My
Reno, Leave It To Bryan and Property Brothers), showcase our understanding of the complexities and
timeline constraints associated with all scales of renovation projects and we work diligently to exceed
your expectations!
